I’m Liv Adams, Creative, Author and Self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur.

My goal as a writer is, first and foremost, to make my readers feel something. So, heads up, if my stories make you laugh, provoke you to hide in embarrassment under the doona in commiseration with the heroine, or heaven forbid, make you cry—sorry, not sorry—It means I’m doing my job right.

Over the years, teachers, family, friends, and colleagues have described me as “a master of words.” So really, is it any wonder I became a writer? After a slight detour into Accounting and Business Management—cos life! Am I right?—I sat down, took a long, hard look at things, and chose to pursue what really lit me up. And that’s stories.

Through some of the darkest periods in my life, books and stories have gotten me through. They were my light in the darkness.

Stories can be a way to explore your own life or the lives of others. They allow you to escape reality and live—even for a little while—in someone else’s world. For many of us, reading is a way to escape from the reality of our lives. We can immerse ourselves in other worlds and live vicariously through the experiences of the characters we read about.

I genuinely believe a writer should never underestimate the power their words have over people—it’s pure magic when done right: stories have the ability to change people’s lives.

My stories are steamy, full throttle with action-packed romantic suspense that will leave you on the edge of your seat. For me, it’s not just about being entertained for an hour or two; I aim to evoke emotions from readers long after they turn that last page—My goal is to leave you satisfied yet begging for more!
